has a week gone by since i blogged last? eeks. time is flying. A couple lead vocals to go and a bunch of other instruments (e gtrs, etc) to add in, but things are starting to really take shape. Drum tracks coming in from Vancouver...

i'm playing bass more and more! what fun - that and tin whistle. i can play the theme from Titanic AND joni mitchells version of "At Last". btw, loving that record... pick it up and have a really good listen [Joni Mitchell - Both Sides Now]. Funny cuz I am only becoming a joni fan now, in my 20's, whereas apparently as a "female singer-songwriter", stereotypically I would have been worshipping joni since i was 13 and perhaps Joan Biaz too.... [meanwhile i have never sat down and listened to Joan Biaz... or Kate Bush for that matter]. What does that make me then?

Still working on talking to people for EM... had some inquiries about the President-ial role and now just getting more information flying back and forth. i'll keep ya posted.

so btw, only had one feedback post on my messageboard... u guys falling asleep over there? should i write about more interesting things? something like "..and i said to the guy "no, not that tattoo, THAT one"...or tell you about the movie i rented last night from B------- that turned out to be some B-movie soft porn?? I also rented ROCKSTAR and it was ok but Jennifer Aniston was really inappropriate at the end - imagine Rachael from Friends being quirky and veclempt through a heavy reunion-style love scene.
