hey i'm getting better at this... it hasn't quite been a month and already i've returned. i've been lost in a sea of computerland-phonecalls-printing-work and it's quite dry. Revisiting the Artist's Way and Vein of Gold in the hopes that I"ll somehow combine the two and make it a suitable thing to start over again. (i've tried to finish the Artist's Way 3 times now and always lose my momentum about 4 weeks in... when i come back to try again i don't feel right unless i start at week 1 again... but now i've done all the exercises more than once and it's getting boring so i've pulled out my copy of the Vein of Gold (which is a "companion" book and has more exercises - MUCH MORE INTENSE exercises might i add) and hoping if i combine my efforts on the two, it can fill the spaces for exercises i've already done in the Artist's Way.

so i'm writing my "narrative time line" of my life, as it requests in exercise #1/.... rather... i've managed to stay loyal long enough to write detailed "notes" about my life on this earth thus far in 5 year blocks... but now when it comes to actually stringing it all together into a narration... blech. give me TV!
