we had a fun time at Jam for the cure last night... the night was off to a good start when we showed up for sound check to find our favorite soundman Crispin there behind the board! :) We knew we were in good hands... thank god none of us melted by the end of the night though... the toronto heat wave left the El Mocambo feeling pretty oven-like, especially when we first arrived to load in. Throughout the night it got a bit better, thanks to numerous large fans and lots of ventilation... but when the air outside the venue isn't much better... what can you do?

All in all, a good night though... and thanks to everyone who came out and helped to raise money for breast cancer research!
