been hanging around in my bathrobe all day... watching west wings back to back... eating all the leftover food in the house. i think i need a day like this to prepare for the coming week... it starts tonight with a little warmup night for National Sound... a night to get all the bugs out in front of people we don't know... lol... then a busy week ahead. woke up with a slight scratch in the throat but don't know if that's just being tired, or if it's completely psychosomatic. drinking oj and throat tea with honey. really want a lung lover from fresh but don't wanna go out. now i'm craving sushi too... that might just be the thing to get me out the door.

but first, a nap.
