tomorrow is the official release of the cd ... mike has been doing a great job getting the website ready for relaunch too. i've been rehearsing a lot these days, getting ready for all the shows coming up and also for the national sound show... our first. also been hitting the gym every day... that's a first for me... but i think it's all because they play dvd movies with individual headphone controlled audio... can't beat it. you get sucked into the movie and before you know it... an hour has gone by. woohoo! i'm also loving the new steam room. i like to go in the off-peak hours and do humming exercises in all that lovely steam. mmmmmmmmmmm. :)
