Mike Ferfolia‘s brand new album Pop Star Reject just hit iTunes and it features Fairytale Ending, a ballad I co-wrote with the my talented friend Maxwell Roach. Mike has the voice of an angel, and we met when I asked him to come in and sing on some tracks. One of the songs was an early demo of Fairytale Ending… and as soon as Mike started to sing, it was immediately clear that he was the perfect singer to perform it!

Excited to let you know about 2 new album releases that feature songs of mine that have come out recently… Leah Daniels‘ self-titled debut record was released on June 10th and features a fun country-pop tune Can’t Fall In Love, which co-written by myself, Leah, and Ava Kay. Former Canadian Idol runner-up Chad Doucette‘s new album Hit It just ‘hit’ iTunes this week. It features 3 songs I’ve had the pleasure of co-writing… Waves was co-written by myself, Chad Doucette, and KC Roberts, Half Heartedly was co-written by myself, Chad Doucette and Australian Idol runner-up Thanh Bui, and Ducks In A Row is song which Chad and I wrote the very first time ever we got together to write at my studio in Toronto. That day we ended up recording this fun little bonus track right there on the spot, with both Chad and I singing and playing (or rather, me playing piano and Chad whistling!).
