Mickey Guyton tore the roof off SoFi Stadium when she belted out the Star Spangled Banner for Super Bowl LVI.  Karen had the honor of creating the arrangement and playing piano in the final performance on the field. Watch on YouTube.

Mickey Guyton received three Grammy nominations today, including "Best Country Album" for her debut album "Remember Her Name".  She is tied for the most Country nominations with Chris Stapleton. Her other two noms are in the categories of "Best Solo Country Performance "and "Best Country Song" for the title track, which is one of the 9 tracks that Karen produced on the record. (Karen also co-wrote 5 of the album's songs).  Thank you to the Recording Academy for recognizing Mickey's album!

Mickey Guyton performed "All American" at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles on November 21 and invited Karen out to play keys with the band! Rewatch the performance on YouTube. 

Mickey Guyton is featured in the new "American Currents" Exhibit at the Country Music Hall Of Fame & Museum in Nashville, TN.  The exhibit focuses on "What are You Gonna Tell Her?", displaying the text messages exchanged by Mickey, Karen, Emma-Lee and Victoria Banks on before, during, and after writing the song.  It also features the dress Mickey wore when she performed the song on the ACM Awards with Keith Urban in 2020.

Congrats to The Washboard Union on their newly certified GOLD single "Country Thunder"!!! "Country Thunder" was co-written by the band, Emma-Lee, and Karen, and was produced by Karen. 

Mickey Guyton performed a new version of "Black Like Me" entitled "Black Like Me (Our Voices)".  Karen produced a new version of Mickey Guyton's grammy nominated song "Black Like Me".  Mickey performed the new version entitled "Black Like Me (Our Voices)"  at the Grammys and you can see the performance on Youtube here!  

Thank you APRA for nominating Melanie Dyer's "Memphis T-Shirt" for Most Performed Country Work at the upcoming APRA Music Awards 2021!  "Memphis T-Shirt" was #1 for six-weeks on Australian Country Radio in 2020.  The song was written by Melanie Dyer, Emma-Lee and Karen, and Karen produced and mixed the track. 

Congratulations Brett Kissel, "She Drives Me Crazy" is officially certified Platinum in Canada.  "She Drives Me Crazy" was written by Brett, Emma-Lee and Karen, and the vocals were produced and recorded by Karen.

Mickey Guyton wowed  viewers with her incredible ACM Awards performance of "What Are You Gonna Tell Her?" on September 16th.  She was accompanied by Keith Urban on piano and the pair were broadcast live in real time from the Opry stage in Nashville.  The performance has been hailed by viewers and creitics alike as one of the most memorable moments of the show.

Brett Kissel's single "Anthem" spends a second week as the top-selling Canadian single and rises to #10 on the Billboard Canada Country radio charts!  Anthem was co-written by Karen and is available on Spotify/Apple Music/Google Play now!

Madeline Merlo’s single “Motel Flamingo” is still rising on the Canadian Country radio charts, at the time of writing this, currently sitting at #7!  She’s currently only female artist in the top 10 and the top Canadian artist. “Motel Flamingo” was produced by Karen Kosowski. 

Emma-Lee's "It Won't Be Christmas" is a Top 5 Hit on Billboard! Congrats Emma-Lee! Karen produced and mixed the track, and co-wrote it with Emma-Lee and Julie Crochetiere.

'Where The Light Used To Be' has been nominated for Best Original Song at the 2016 Canadian Screen Awards, which wiill be broadcast live from the Toronto's Sony Center on CBC Television on March 13th. 'Where The Light Used To Be' was written and performed by Peter Katz and Karen Kosowski and produced by Karen, for the WangoFilms feature length film "88" starring Katharine Isabelle and Christopher Lloyd.

Congrats to Tryon! Their single "Somebody To Love Me" grabbed the #40 spot on Medibase's Pop Radio chart today to finally break into the Top 40!   "Somebody To Love Me" was produced and co-written by Karen.

Karen produced the music that was heard at every medal ceremony of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am & Parapan Am Games.  The music is based on the original song "Shine As One", co-written with Dennis Ellsworth and Sophia D’Aragon Krim.

The movie “88” features the single "Where The Light Used To be", which Peter Katz and Karen co-wrote and Karen produced specially for the film. It has also been released by Peter Katz worldwide on iTunes. “88” is a fast-paced thriller starring Christopher Lloyd (Back To The Future) and Katharine Isabelle (Hannibal). The movie saw it's theatrical debut in spring 2015 and is now available on demand and on Netflix.

Emma-Lee’s single ‘Shot In The Dark’ (produced and co-written by Karen) is featured in a brand new thriller from filmmaker Gavin Michael Booth called “The Scarehouse”. The film won Best Feature Film at the 2014 New York City Horror Film Festival.  Tia Brazda's 'Cabin Fever' is also featured in the film, which was also co-written by Karen.

"What Would Tom Petty Do", written by Karen, Emma-Lee and Justin Gray was mentioned by Tom Petty himself in Rolling Stone Magazine!

Julie Crochetiere received a nomination in the Best Vocal Jazz Album category for her new record "Counting Dreams", which features "Real Life", co-written by Karen. Previous co-writes include Julie's Christmas single "It Won't Be Christmas Til You're Here" (produced by Karen).

Karen received a nomination in the category of Best Producer in Now Magazine's Best of 2015 (amongst others like Noah "40" Shebib). 

Entertainment reporter Nick Patch interviewed Karen for his article entitled "Where Are All The Female Record Producers?"
